Ingredients :
1 whole fresh chicken, cut into 4 pieces, clean, marinate with salt and lime juice
500ml thick coconut milk, from 1 coconut
2 salam leaves
2 lemon grass, bruised
50ml sweet soy sauce
Spice paste :
6 shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon ground pepper
Salt to taste
Grind all spice paste ingredients using a granite pestle. Marinate chicken with ground spice taste for 1 hour. Place the chicken into a pan. Pour coconut milk. Tightly closed the lid. Let it simmer until the water dried. Open the lid and stir. Grill the chicken over hot charcoal until cooked and golden brown while sparingly put sweet soy sauce and remaining spice paste into the chicken.
